Indi Zone’s musical journey started at a very young age influenced by his father and his uncle who listened mostly to soul, reggae and psychedelia from the 60’s and 70’s.

Soon after he discovered his own path and got interested in many different styles. The first years of buying records though were all about abstract sound, no matter which tempo it had.

In 2011 he moved to Berlin and started working as a graphic designer for Slow Life. Touched by the city and becoming part of the collective he opened up to a more friendly and deeper sound but without leaving behind what he always liked. Influenced by jazz and hip hop, he embraced other genres like ambient, downtempo and future jazz where organic sounds can coexist with more experimental and electronic elements.

Indi Zone’s sets are a mix of different bpm’s and styles, depending on the situation. But genres aside, he always aims to create a special vibe to make people feel comfortable and enjoy the journey through body and soul.
